Flat Fee
One price to cover it all, no hidden fees. No guess work required. All of our estate plan services have a dedicated flat fee.
Hourly Rates
For complex or special cases, we do charge an hourly rate.

Estate Planning Pricing
*All services are provided virtually with no physical in-person interactions.
Virtual Package is our fully virtual service tailored to meet the needs of families with simple estates and busy schedules. You can request a 30 min free consultation in which we meet via phone or video conference to help you figure out what you need.

Virtual Package includes the following:
Basic Wills, Advanced Healthcare Directives, HIPAA Waivers, Durable Power of Attorneys,
Designation of Health Care Surrogate For Minors –if applicable

Instructions for signing and execution are included in your Estate Planning download.
Documents are provided via an online portal for you to download.

We understand that estate planning may not be a priority for young individuals but it is never too early to start. We offer a Student & Young Professional's Package, a quick and affordable way for students and adults under 30 to start their estate planning.

Package includes:
a Will, Advanced Healthcare Directive, and HIPAA Waiver.
*Finished documents are sent digitally via the client portal.
