EZ ONLINE

PROCESS

Why choose our EZ Online virtual Estate Planning service?

  • CONVENIENT & AFFORDABLE.  Our EZ Online service simply removes the in-person consultations that take place in traditional estate planning and replaces it with online communications. This allows us to bring our Florida Estate Planning service to our clients at an affordable price, to be completed on your own schedule in the comfort of your own home or office.

  • REAL ATTORNEYS. This is not an "online document creator" with computer generated templates and no attorney input. Instead, our attorneys draft all the documents and communicate one-on-one with every client; but instead of sitting down with you to talk, we have you fill out the information using our custom questionnaire and communicate with you by phone, email, or text. The method of communication with your assigned attorney is completely up to you.

  • CONFIDENTIAL. Please note that we take confidentiality very seriously and all of your information is securely stored using the same techniques banks and financial institutions use.

For those who are less tech savvy, have moderately intricate or complex estate plans, or just prefer in-person meetings, we offer the additional service of a traditional in-person consultation in a location that is most convenient for you (i.e., your home, your office, a coffee shop, etc.). We currently only service in-person consultations in the South Florida area. Click Here for more information on in-person consultations.

QUESTIONNAIRE

We have created a comprehensive, simple, and interactive form that will assist you in providing us with all the information we need to start working on your estate plan*.

This form is solely for the use of the  EZ-Online service which is a fully virtual product and requires no in-person meeting. For an in-person consultation, Click Here
